There is a fully kitted out free weights area which includes: Dumbbells ranging from 2.5Kg up to 55Kg, Two power racks, Adjustable benches, Smith machine and more.
Cardio equipment
There is a range of cardio equipment which includes: Treadmills, Crosstraininers, Bikes and Rowing machines.
Personal training
Personal training is provided by Level 3 qualified instructor Donna Bracewell.
